Attorney - Workers' Compensation Defense.
Trial experience includes all aspects of
Workers' Compensation litigation. Legal skills and research
include Reconsideration and Appeals to the District Court of
Appeals and California Supreme Court. Past experience
includes Social Security Law, Personal Law, Criminal and Domestic
Law. General Transactional Work - Estate
planning, drafting contracts, structuring and advising small and
